Shipping Policy — Brilliantbluejay Pottery

When you checkout, you will see various USPS shipping rates.  As a small operation with fragile items, I cannot offer free shipping.  

Processing Time: All orders are processed within [2-3] business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery Time: Shipping times depend on the speed of shipping that you purchase. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order in your customer account.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally.  

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@brilliantbluejay.com within [7] days of the expected delivery date. We cannot ship a replacement on one of a kind items but we will work with you to figure out a suitable replacement or issue a full refund.
